Policy and Procedures for Skora Skin's Aesthetic
At Skora Skin, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality aesthetic services in a professional and compassionate environment. To ensure the best experience for our clients, we have established the following policies and procedures:
New Patients:
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and medical history. Please have a drivers license or government issued ID with you.
Appointment Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled via our website or phone, or in-person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. A confirmation email will be sent upon booking. We require a credit card to book an appointment. The credit card will not be charged at time of booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a fee.
Consultations:
All new clients are required to undergo a consultation before receiving any treatment. This allows our practitioner to assess your skin type, discuss your aesthetic goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan. If a client decides against treatment that day a consultation fee will be charged for the providers time. If a patient decides to get treatment same day the consultation fee will go toward treatment.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. All personal information and medical records are kept confidential and are used solely for the purpose of providing the best care possible.
Payment and Insurance:
Payments for services are due at the time of treatment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please note that aesthetic services are not covered by insurance. At Skora Skin we do not participate with insurance. Dermatology services are also cash pay.
Client Satisfaction:
We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with their treatment. If you have any concerns or questions about your service, please contact us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
E- Gift cards:
Gift Cards are available for purchase through your patient portal and in person. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards are nontransferable, nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards must be used within one year from purchase.
Refunds:
We do not provide refunds for services rendered, gift cards or memberships.
Memberships:
We offer a membership program at Skora Skin. By becoming a VIP member of Skora Skin you will have access to exclusive discounts! Review our membership agreement here or call us for more information on our memberships.
Private Parties and events:
We offer offsite Botox parties/events. A deposit and minimum amount of individuals is required to host. Please call 407-205-9993 for more information on hosting a Botox party.
Gratuity:
Gratuities are not included in the cost of services and are always at the discretion of the client. Tips are not expected but are appreciated as a recognition of exceptional service. Gratuity can be accepted in the form of cash, credit card payment at the time of checkout or electronic payments such as venmo or zelle.
Refusal of Service:
We do reserve the right to refuse services to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We value our providers and their time and appreciate your understanding.
